    I am on my first round of STS and loving it! As for those stubborn suckers...Its really the food that you eat that makes the difference:( I would love it if it was the exercise that did the most but for me anyways its what goes into my mouth that enables the last 10 to stay;)

    Do you do it on the 6 inch? I was able to do it pretty much ok on the 6 inch, the 2nd time ..but the first time i tried on the 8 and :eek:HOLY COW...(has never been attempted anymore on the 8) You have to be rested to be able to it. No DOMS, no heavy HIITS.. I usually do it during my STS...
