    Good Morning, Had a good workout this morning. I did 25 min on the Elliptical, 10 min solution Dance Off belly fat - latin flavor, and Cathe's Total body Stretching Segment #1. The stretching felt really good. I'm going to enjoy this active recovery week.

    Just finished Disc 12 and did the bonus legs. I'm looking forward to the active recovery week. I think I'm going to do lots of stretching and fun dance based cardio.

    Good morning, I've decided to take a rest day....my energy level is very low. My eating has been bad too. I've been doing a lot of comfort eating....I'll try and stay focused on eating healthy today and not give in to the cravings.

    I did the bonus part of Disc 3 and had problems keeping the paper plate on my leg too...it just kept falling off. I agree that the wall squats are killers...I didn't use any weights with this one and it was so not any fun to do.
