I'm looking at the iClimb workouts for the elliptical. Is there a way to listen to clips of these workouts before you buy? The website is a little confusing. I'm getting my new elliptical on Friday and I've read good things about these workouts here and thought I might give them a try...

I use unscented Oil of Olay body wash, and when I want a scrub I just add a little baking soda to it. It's really cheap and works great! Lori

If you are looking for something to use just occasionally, I recommend the Avent Isis hand pump. If you want something to use more frequently I recommend the Pump In Style Advanced by Medela. I've used both and they both are great! Lori
