Thanks . . . I think I'll try getting a variety 3 pack. That makes the most sense. They don't seem to make the loop that I have anymore. It's such great quality it lasted years and I've been reading reviews about bands breaking, so trying to avoid that.
I have a 24" yellow resistance band loop that I've used for years and years. I don't feel that it's enough resistance for me to continue using and wanted to get a new one. I did some web searches and there are so many variables. It looks like there are bands that are 24", but come in...
Due to my knees, over the years I've gone from 8 to 6 to 4. Calorie burn is less, but my knees don't hurt and I'm able to workout again the next day. Sometimes I put 1 lb weights on my wrist to increase the intensity a bit.
At the risk of jinxing it, I just wanted to report that our kitty has been using her box every time since we started using CatAttract litter. Upon the suggestion of a friend, I also removed the towel that we used to keep in front of the box (a sort if doormat if you will) since that was what...
That's so great that you hung in there, many people don't. I've read that inappropriate urination/soiling is the number one reason cats are given up to shelters.
So I changed my cat's box to CatAttract after getting several suggestions to try it and it also had good reviews on various...
Wow, awesome that you figured that out and it worked for you!
Bought some CatAttract litter and am going to replace it with current litter tonight to see what happens. First experiment, cross your fingers for me!
Someone recommended Feliway plug-ins in the room where her litterbox is. Also seems like CatAttract comes in litter and might be worth a try. The majority of reviews are excellent. Of course, every cat is different. I don't want to try too many things at once, just one at a time.

When we first adopted her, I anticipated the paw issue and bought some wheat litter which was softer than clay. Her urinating began a couple weeks afterwards, so my first assumption was to switch her to clay which she was using at the shelter and thinking maybe what her previous owners had...
No, the litterbox issue has been happening on and off since we adopted her, not since steroid shot. Each time I made a change ie; new litter, taking cover off, etc she would stop and I thought we solved it. She had about 3 months where it wasn't happening at all.
I originally used wheat litter...
Yes, she was checked for UTI and she's healthy.
It is possible that now she prefers the towel and she's stuck in a pattern. Interesting..
Might have to consider those wetting pads if this continues. Thanks do much for listening and letting me know I'm not the only one that has dealt with...
Thanks for the suggestions. I can ask my vet about the drops. And as far as putting the box outside, our kitty is indoor only.
The litter is scented, but she has been urinating in her box with this same litter for several months with no issues. The box is not near her food/water and is...
Hi:
Just thought I'd reach out and see if anyone had any success in solving this problem. My husband and I adopted a 5 year old cat from a shelter 6 months ago. She's a sweetheart. She began peeing directly in front of her box on and off the last 4 weeks. I did alot of reading and...
Hi Ladies:
I don't always have time to get in as much leg specific work as I would like, so am thinking about squeezing in 15 to 20 minutes on off days to help tone them up. Not sure if it will help, but I figure it can't hurt. Something without putting in a DVD or using weights that I...
What percentage of program would you say is high impact? And, is any of the high impact modifiable or would that defeat the purpose? Have you been able to keep your results after moving on? Thanks!
I was turning tv channels and came across the Insanity infomercial. This is the first time I actually watched it for a few minutes. Looks way too high impact for me. They say these folks have gotten as cut and defined as they are in 60 days with no weight and just cardio and body strength...
