    Chris - yes, 3 people died in one tornado yesterday. Thankfully, it wasn't near us this time. We live in what is called tornado alley.     I know what you mean about feeling like you need to do more than just 30 minutes. Maybe do this then do the low HIIT from Intensity. That'd give you a solid 40 minutes.

    Jessica - have fun tonight. I need to get to wrapping too! Knee...achy. It's not helping sitting at my desk either. Going to have to be very conscious about getting up and moving around. I think the boxing may be the better cardio choice for me since it's not very leg intensive.
