    If your not eating like you should, then your body is lacking fuel. Your body is giving you a hint now with the tiredness. IMO, you should rest before your body gives out completely.

    RE: Sabrina!! If you have a target near you, you may find a set there. I first purchased a double dvd set for $20 which had tone it up and shape it up. I liked the workouts though so I wanted the whole set. Lots of lower body work. There's another thread on open discussion called slim series.
