    Can you MATCH Cathe?

    I can match her on cardio and I can match her on lower body weight work. My upper body still needs work. I can match her on back, tricep, and shoulder weight work, but not bicep or chest work. I can do most of ab work, but I need to work how long I hold my planks.

    Although I know that Afterburn and Cardio Supersets are considered cardio workouts, I think I'm gonna use them as cardio & total body strength workouts. Yesterday, I did Afterburn and as usual, I'm sore all over today. I can't imagine doing a weight workout (not even an upper body workout)...

    I really don't take astrology seriously, but this was spot on for me. I'm a Gemini and yes, exercise has to be entertaining or I'm not doing it which is why I like Cathe so much. Also, I hate yoga, but I do it because I know I need to relax. This horoscope read me like an open book.
