    I did X10 X Step today. It was surprisingly hard for being such a short workout. My forearm is still giving me problems. I've got one of the ICE workouts and shoulders tomorrow. I'm pretty sure I can handle that, but I'll modify if needed. Still hanging in there!

    I'm pretty sore, and I've only worked out 4 times this week so far! Tomorrow is Boot Camp and then biceps for my muscle work. My biceps are the only body part not sore, so I should be pretty good.
