    Bam...I take Culturelle on a fairly empty stomach, usually right after my workout. I eat a half a banana and 1 T of peanut butter before my workout.

    I agree with Lori Ann about PH/MIS/BM being better. I love the endurance workouts on this one and a great cardio workout with Bodymax. I have SS/PP and use the premixes more than the original workouts. But when I am looking for endurance I have used PH/MIS/BM much more often as even older does...

    To all runners

    To clean them I just run in the rain!....:)...j/k. I have read before that throwing them in the washing machine does break down the shoe. I think the wet brush is a better idea. Or maybe one of the cleaners you can buy in a shoe store like Famous Footwear....HTH

    Deborah...I have used a PT for a few of my running injuries with very GOOD results. Luckily when I had ITB issues, I was able to get through them without seeing a PT. Sports PT's are sure worth the money IMO. I also agree with Sandra about the benefits from a foam roller, especially for ITB...
