    Increasing cardiovascular endurance...

    When I used to have trouble getting through a workout I used to pause it and walk around the house until I could catch my breath and then start again. Eventually the pauses become less and less until I could do the whole thing without having to stop. It just takes time. You'll get there! Katie

    sweating and progress

    I definitely sweat more than before I was in shape. I just drip sweat. It's pretty gross, but at the same time it feels good because I know I'm working hard. I also attribute it to the amount of water I drink (around 168 oz a day). Katie
