    Sorry I've been mia - just busy around here. Sunday was chest and back, yesterday was a rest day and today will be cardio! Cardio is a must as I indulged in a Cinnabon yesterday! OMG! They are so good, but so bad for you!!

    Cardio day for me - not sure what yet. I'm thinking the cardio from LIC and some abs. DS is 21 today! Wow! How does he get to be that old and I haven't changed a bit! ;)

    Plyo legs await me today. This morning is my mammo and also dexascan. I'm anxious to find out if my osteoporosis has decreased. I've been on Actonel for a year and a half so I'm hoping for a good outcome.

    This week is not much of a workout week for me. I didnt get home until 11:30 last night so no exercise this AM. Tonight the play begins and I will be out late again - as well as tomorrow. So, my plan for the rest of the week is lots of coffee!! Can I make that a rotation? :D
