Workout done! I have to say I'm pretty proud of myself. I'm doing C25k and today's workout was a 5 minute walk followed by 2 intervals of 90 sec run/90 sec walk and 3 minute run/3 minute walk and I did 4 intervals!! Woo hoo! Hope that burned off some of those sliders!
