    What makes me insanely angry is that BP and other oil companies drill in deep water and evidently have no regard for safety measures and no idea how to fix a leaking well. This type of drilling should be banned until stricter safety guidelines are put in place and enforced.

    I've been nursing a sore lower back for about 10 days. I haven't really worked out at all except for walking. I'd really like to work out today, maybe some weights. My back still hurts a bit. Any workout suggestions that won't aggrevate my lower back?

    ParaGuard or Mirena IUD?

    I have the Mirena and I have not really had a period since I got it. No side effects that I can tell. I had to go off the pill because I had blood clotting issues and my Doc. recommended the Mirena. About 8 months have passed and I'm liking the no period thing. I do, however, still get PMS.

    Thanks. Great idea. I love beans. In fact, in the wintertiime I usually make a big pot of bean soup and freeze it in individual containers to grab to take to work. I like to idea of some canned and some fresh food. Makes it more manageable. I'll give it a try this week.

    Bloating from Hell

    Another vote for the Slimfast bars as the culprit. I can't eat any of those meal replacement bars or I'll pay the price. Are you feeling gassy at all? If so, cut them out and see how you do. Believe me when I eat bars in the morning I look about 6 months pregnant by the afternoon.
