Workouts per week
I exercise 6days a wk for at least 60mins. I get up at 4:40 & start exercising @ 5:00, sometimes I wear my workout clothes in bed so when I get up & I just have to eat quick cereal snack then hit the weights! I go to bed at 9:00-9:30.
