    Core/Ab work

    My tight butt :-( - I miss going heavy with lower weights and running, they had done awesome things for my hips and backside. Now that definition is um softer. Oh well that's the way it goes. My body can't keep that tightness without intensive work so it's gone for now, but not forgotten ;-)

    Ruppie if you figure out when you are ovulating it makes things like drinking much easier to figure out when is ok and not. If you chart and you have a 28 day cycle, and ovulate on say the 14th, then you could safely drink until the 14th. The egg gets dropped on the 14th and the time frame...

    Why could you still miscarry? I don't understand. Did you have complications in this pregnancy? It's hard to stop but your muscles will have "muscle memory" and it will take much less time to get back in shape than one who has never worked out. Good luck and let us know how you are feeling.
