I am with Morris on her recommendations. If you are eating fairly healthy and exercising regularly, your body is gaining what it needs. Some people gain more the first trimester than other people. I do recommend keeping up the weight work, even though things (like the butt) get bigger they can...

    help!!

Dominican, check with your doctor if you are high risk. He/she will probably say no. You are almost out of the first trimester when rates of miscarriage are high so you can start to relax. I would slowly start back and do what your body is comfortable with. Don't shy away from the check in. We...

The effects of exercise on a breastfed baby?

Coco, I found when dd#1 was an infant, I often started and stopped workouts to nurse and change diapers but I still finished the tape and got back into shape. I began putting her in the swing too while I exercised which helped. I didn't do intense workouts though until my 6 week check up. Glad...

Mary, be proud of yourself for doing any workouts. My doctor has told me that measurements are not that accurate. You certainly will have a baby on the larger side, but does the doctor know for sure it is already 7 pounds. Also, baby could still level out. Either way, be glad the doctor is...
