    Good morning! In keeping with my focus on yoga, balance, flexibility, I dug out Tracie Long's Reach Further from her Focus series. Still not doable for me in its entirety, but definitely better than the last time I tried to do this one. :) :)

    Good morning! Pulled out an old Firm - Parts Upper Body. So much nostalgia! :) And more difficult than I remembered. Sometimes I love doing these just for the music and the sets. Plus the 80s hair. LOL! :)
