    Good morning, all! Today was Strong & Sweaty PHA Training. WOW. :) @JennieBean16 I don't have it. My laptop is old and doesn't stream well, and right now I don't have money for a new one. Plus I have a LOT of Cathe DVDs so I'm good with those. :)

    @Lannette so awesome you had such great success with that approach! :) Happy Friday, everyone!! Today was Yoga Max Express One from the Low Impact series, which is only ten minutes longer than it's counterpart in Yoga Relax, and the poses are more active.

    Good morning! Today I attempted Ripped with HIIT Low Impact HIIT One. Yeah. Just not modifiable enough for me to be able to get much out of it. But it's all good. At least I tried, and maybe one day... :)

    Good morning! I did the first express pre-mix of Yoga Relax from Cathe's Low Impact series. Wow. LOVED IT. So restorative. The music was great, and the length (about 28 minutes) was just perfect for today. :)

    @Lannette when I first purchased Tracie's Focus and Longevity series workouts, I could barely get through ten minutes of them. That was a year ago. I'm determined to conquer her workouts. LOL! :) Today I did Cathe's Tris and Bis from her XTrain Series. I seriously love that entire series. :) :)

    Sore fingers after weight lifting

    Agree with all of the above and I have a question - are you wearing lifting gloves? I have arthritis like everywhere, and have found that gloves really help cushion the the dumbbells against my joints. Also, be sure you aren't unintentionally using those fingers to grip the bell too tightly...
