    Wii Fit for Women....

I got the wii fit on friday too here in england. i thought it was terrible. i tried the step and hula hoop aerrobic sections and thought it was so uninspiring. the concept of this system is really cool and i think it could go far in the future- ubt at this infant stage, it's just very...

    Crying baby and working out

I am not one to let a baby cry it out at that age - especially since they cry a lot anyway. I took a postpartum aerobics class where we could bring our babies with us to the gym and they sat on the side and watched us workout. If the baby cried, I would go to her and snuggle her. Mostly she...

    Vacation recommendations please

You could always take a week long cruise to Bermuda - they have some cruises that leave from nyc and go there...you would hvae about 4-5 days in bermuda before you sailed back. Bermuda has a Caribbean flavor, but is definetely unique! Anyway, have fun picking out your vacation and enjoy it in May!

Is it true you can't get back your pre-preg stomach?

I actually think it comes down to both your dna and lifestyle. I know of some women who really just can't lose that little pouch, but others who have. I haven't lost mine entirely, but looking at it rationally, I know that I probably could to it if I cleaned up my diet more.

    natural remedie

genetian violet does work very well - if it's a nipple infection you have to treat yourself and that baby otherwsie you will keep passing it back and forth to each other. i would also recommend supplmenting it with the probiotic yogurt in any case b/c it help restore your body's bacterial...

    Pain and anxiety

I would second Shopaholic's recommendation and see a therapist. I too had bad anxiety during my depression coupled with some very upsetting events in my life. as a result, I went right into postpartum depression afer I gave birth. By the third week of almost no sleep from insomnia and extreme...

    Nannies

just some more info: she was 22-24 when she nannied and had a bachelor's degree in elementary education. so, she said that's why her salary was a little on the low side, but her degree and love of kids compensated for that a tiny bit. this was also her salary 2 yrs ago. i hope you find...

    Nannies

i really like my dd's day care, but if i have nother one, i might consider a nanny dur to job pressures. this is what i found out: what you pay and offer nannies completely depends on where you live. i know of one nanny who got paid a lot (imo) - about $2500/month with a gym membership...

epidural vs walking epidural vs natural

I thought I would stick to a "wait and see" approach when it came to my labor. I think it is a very good idea to educate yourself on all of the choices that way you can make informed decisions during labor. I had an epidural after being stuck at 9 cm for 8 hours. My midwife decided to give me...
