    Technically I failed yesterday's challenge, but....

    so far today, I have had: Breakfast: my morning 'healthy' oatmeal/egg white/soymilk pancake with jelly and syrup, coffee snack: Heart Thrive raisin bar ETA: oops, forgot to say I had 6 pieces of spree candies !! ( i am guessing about 40-50 calories) Not yet time for lunch !!!
