I was able to run until I was 20 weeks pg, then it became really uncomfortable. I switched to the elliptical or walking on an incline. Just listen to your body and congrats! Enjoy your pregnancy:) Candra

jen your milk is more filling. as long as she has wet diapers you will know she is getting enough milk. i know it's stressful not knowing how much she is getting but trust me if she is hungry she will let you know:D candra
