    So I read a positive post about adding spinning for cellulite blasting so ... what do you do for at home spinning? I have all of Cathe's. Someone recommended Peloton or another subscription but I don't know if I want to commit to that even though I'd like to add spin to my weekly rotation.

    So I hear a lot of suggestions to add running for leaning out (specifically for legs). Can I get the same benefits on an elliptical? I have one and would be easier to incorporate into my workouts. Any suggestions on setting goals or making it more exciting?

    So I caved and got it and have to see that I'm really liking it. It is a struggle getting through some of the burpees! I've been adding a muscle meltdown from Cathe or XTrain barre and sometimes a blizzard blast. Very sweaty!!!
