    Svetlana--you're thinking glute bridges I think--where you lay on your back and raise your hips? A thruster is something else. It's a front loaded squat with an overhead push press. That's the basic thruster--Jodi has you do the basic plus 3 other thruster varieties--including burpee thrusters.
