    My internet is still out so DVD workout again this morning. I did StepSync. I haven't done a step workout in over a year so I was a little clumbsy at first but it all came back! My dog just left the room and went back upstairs to get out of the way!

    Checking in this morning with a 30 minute bike ride. I think I broke my bike - it went to incline 20 and stuck. I unpluged and had to leave so I'm hoping restarting it resets the motor!

    I did a 9 mile ride today on a map workout I programed on my bike. I mapped out sections of the Colorado trail. I would love to do parts of that some day. Probably not an entire trip through the entire 500 miles but some sections.

    This morning was a GHUTV Crazy 8s workout. 8 moves, 8 reps each, 8 rounds. About 40 minutes - very met con feel - a full body workout and very enjoyable.

    I did a Tracy Steen Back and Biceps workout this morning. When I first started following her chanel I thought she was too easy and boring. Now I appreciate her format and lifting workouts!!! Funny how my idea of fitness has changed over the years!

    I did a lower body metcon this morning by Cass Oldham on Ifit's new series. Again, very time efficient though I wish the workout was longer. Its cold and snowed most of the day yesterday. But it is supposed to warm up by the weekend.

    Snowy day here and schools are closed. I did a 30 minute bike ride and then shoveled and then took the dog around the block this morning. Its still snowing and they predict up to 6 inches. I'll probably try to leave early today to get home before dark and rush hour.

    I had a good full body strength workout this morning. Really liked the format and moves. It felt very metabolic becasue you weren't working fast but very little rest.
