    This morning was a 20 min bwt circuit. 20 bwt squats/ 5 chinups/20 calf raises/5 chinups and did the circuit 5x. Ended up 100 squats 100 calf raises and 50 chinups.     Arm day here. 22 sets. Everything was supersets 4x12 db curls/ 4x12 skullcrushers 4x10 hammer curls/4x10 pushdowns and 3 sets of conc curls / 3 sets of kickbacks. Fun day as arm day USUALLY is!! Enjoy the weekend lifter friends!!
