    Today I completed Low Impact Sweat Blizzard Blast. I had so much fun, serious sweat factor and my heart rate was at 190. Talk about high intensity.

    Had to post today. I completed Low Impact Sweat Cardio 2 (step). Wow. I was drenched with sweat and it wasn't hard on my joints. It exceeded my expectations. Loving the ICE Series.
