Conventional deadlifts 210# 5 sets (15, 9, 10, 8, 8)
Stiff-legged deadlifts 185# 5 sets (8, 8, 8, 7, 8)
Low bar squats (sad face, see #3 below) 170# 5 sets (7, 7, 7, 7, 8)
Front squats 115# 2 sets (7, 6) then basically I wanted to die so I lowered to...
