STARTING INSANITY!! May 15th, anyone care to join me??
The "buy" button I'm trying to get up the courage to try "Insanity" as well. I have looked at it for months. Have any of you done P90X? I did it between 2 rounds of STS. I thought it was tough at the time, but in retrospect, I think working out 6 days a week was the hardest part...- zoeabby

What did you do AFTER STS ?
Anyone Else Finished 2 Rounds of STS?? I just finished my second round of STS and need more ideas on what to do next. I love the strength that I gained, but I don't think I really want to do STS again right now. I would like to add more shape to the muscles that I gained. I did P90X between...
