I discovered Cathe by accident while I was looking for an alternative to the Firm. Cathe scared me. I like that.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
When I started, they were simple, straightforward, gym-style workouts. I was intimidated by doing too many movements at one time. I'm not all that coordinated.

My Fitness Goals
To be strong and healthy into my later years.
My Success Story
I lost 130 pounds, then started gaining it back for no reason I could think of and could get no help from my doctors. After three years, I'm finally losing again, very slowly, and I'm down almost 100 pounds again.
