How I found out about Cathe Workouts
An article in Fitness or Shape on top exercise videos led me to videofitness, which eventually led me to Cathe's website.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
Cathe's workouts are tough and effective, but fun too. When I finish a Cathe workout, I feel very accomplished. Cathe is my favorite instructor. She has an upbeat personality and is motivating and challenging. I rarely reach for other instructors' workouts, unless I'm needing an easier workout. In fact, when I've strayed and tried other workouts, I'm often disappointed. I guess I have high expectations because I'm used to Cathe's quality workouts!
