How I found out about Cathe Workouts

Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
I never considered myself athletic. My first exposure to advanced fitness and real strength training was with Cathe. I took my fitness levels up several notches and discovered that my body was capable of much more than I had given it credit for. Doing her workouts inspired me to read and expand my knowledge about fitness. I now cross train with machine cardio and yoga apart from techniques in Cahe DVDs, but Cathe workouts were my turning point. I exercise mainly at a gym, but I take Cathe workouts with me to the gym on my iPod. I have experimented with other instructors and think there are many good ones, but Cathe is the very best in the business. She provides workouts that have no fluff, are superbly well planned, safe, and very effective while being very motivating and fun to do. As a person, she seems gracious and sincere.

Other Workout DVDs that I own
At the top of my list is Cardio Coach - Sean O Malley.
Of course Cathe is a legend.
I also enjoy iTrain workouts - particularly the itread and iclimb series.
I have a wide collection of yoga DVDs, but no clear favorite - I like Shiva Rea, Erich Schiffman, Alan Finger, Rodney Yee, Tilak Pyle, Sarah Kline of Yoga Today and many others.
Of the DVD instructors for cardio and resistance training, I am very impressed by Tracey Staehle and Kelly Coffey Meyer.
