My Fitness Goals
Lose body fat and gain muscle.
My Success Story
I have been overweight since ten years old. For years, I was over 200 pounds. I would lose some weight and gain it all back. My highest weight was around 220 and a tight size 22! I have gotten down to 142# and a size 8, but hard for me to maintain; although, it is still my goal. I average 156 now and a size 12. Consistency for me is the key. I got it now and I am working on achieving my goal once and for all!
