    I'm Wiped Out!

    I think going to 2 cardio days and 2 strength days is a good idea. I have found when I have a lot going on in my life, too busy or stressful, I feel more tired and can't lift the weights I have before. You don't say how old you are, but as I have gotten older I have to have more rest days...

    Pregnancy & Fitness??
