How I found out about Cathe Workouts
Through college video years ago. I tried one of her leg workouts. It was tough and i ended up putting it on my shelf for about 3 years, at the time i was doing the firm. Then one day i took it out and tried it again, i needed more of a challenge. Went to her web site and ordered the series and have been hooked ever since.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
She introduced me to a new way of looking at exercise. I get variety, intensity and fun. I have all of her DVD's and enjoy everyone of them.

I want to get as lean as i can. I am a pear shape and still carry some weight in my lower body I only have about 10 to 15 pounds left that i want to lose. I am 5'3 and weight 129 currently.
