How I found out about Cathe Workouts
Searching the web. I just don't understand how I've gone all these years not knowing about her.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
Although her exercises could be challenging for me, Cathe's workouts concentrate on the uniqueness of a woman's body. For example, P90X focuses on mostly upper body and Insanity is only cardio. Many of Cathe's workouts include weights with cardio and total body strength training. When I'm done with one of her workouts, I feel challenged in all the right areas, satisfied, and STRONGER!!
