How I found out about Cathe Workouts
I saw Cathe on Fit TV and really liked her style. I live in an area that isn't very accessible to a gym so I have to start working out at home. I've tried step aerobics in the past and liked it so I purchased the step and 2 videos.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
I like doing the workouts because I like her approach and respect her. She's easy to follow and encouraging and it's like having a trainer in my living room with me.

My Fitness Goals
My fitness goals are to loose 30 lbs (although I'll be happy losing 20 to 25) and reduce my bodyfat percentage to 24 to 25%. I also want to gain lean muscle, build endurance & strengthen.
