I'm not one for steps or too much cardio. I love strength training and body sculpting. Cathe's workouts give so much variety and levels of intensity, anyone can work out with her! The DVDs are never boring and they're so natural, I feel like I'm in the room with her and her crew!

Just about everything except Intensity, P90X. Nothing keeps me going like Cathe! I went from 145 to 120 and through sensible eating and Cathe's workouts I am maintaining my weight and toning and sculpting my mid-50s body.
