- First I found Cathe 1st video, her 1 step video then I found her website later and could not stop I became addicted to the variety and intensity of her step workout and later other cardio and sculpting workouts.
- Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
- I love Cathe's workouts because I feel challenged no matter how many times I do the same workout, and Cathe's workouts are like stress relief for me.
