- Very Challenging, never boring always something different. I get bored easy so there's always a variety to choose from.

- Pilates, P90X, Turbo Jam, Brazilian Butt Lift, Insanity, GoFit rope workout, Jillian Michaels (30 day shred), Kettlenetics. I also have about 50 VHS tapes in a box out in the garage of old videos that I no longer use.

- Keep making my health an everyday priority. It's always work to keep eating healthy and always making good choices when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle. I take my goals one day at a time.
