Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
I was a dedicated runner and went to the gym daily until I discovered Cathe and finally retired the gym membership. I still augment my Cathe workouts with running.

Other Workout DVDs that I own
My other "goto" workouts are Powerstrikes, Jari Love, Firm Classics, Pilates, Lotte, Callenetics, Bar methods and some of the Firm series that were popular a few years back. I also like Amy Bento.
My Fitness Goals
My goals have been to keep my hips under control! No matter how fit I am, I struggle with "child bearing hips". I have never been majorly overweight but have struggled with 10-12 extra pounds that kept me bouncing between a size 6 and a tight 8. I have been able to maintain a loose size 6 now without resorting to extreme workout and dieting measures.
My Success Story
Am at my goal weight and have been able to keep off those extra lbs for about 15 months now thanks to Fitnessfreak rotations and STS. I have not yo-yo'd for a long time and for me, that's a great success!
