My Success Story
Since the spring of 2005, I started a life of better eating, working out and maintaining a healthier lifestyle. It started from a group weight-loss event at work with 4 other ladies and my boss. The first spring though, I lost 20 lbs! I started running and working out to Cathe on FitTV. Thereafter, each spring, I was energized to lose more weight. Slowly, I would shed pounds each year. I've lost a total of 80 lbs and have maintained that weight for nearly three years. I have inspiration to complete a sprint or super sprint triathon this summer!
