    FitSaxe, I am glad someone else caught that :-) Yes, I agree, my calves were burning! I truly appreciated Cathe's creativity. I am doing the 1 month rotation with the LMR downloads so this was my first workout. I am confident I am going to enjoy the rest of them as much as I did this one.
