Debinmi, you read my mind - that is exactly why I would love a shot of the cheat sheet - even if Cathe makes last minute changes. As you said, this does not apply to cardio workouts (or barre).
It appears that Cathe may have a list In front of her of the exercises she is going to use for her live class. if this is the case, I would love, at the start of the video, for the camera person to do a shot of that list.
DeannaTS, I am right there with you in appreciating Cathe and that she has provided the DVDs for as long as she has. I am sad to see them go while, at a business level, I understand her reasoning.

Yes, I agree, my calves were burning! I truly appreciated Cathe's creativity.
I am doing the 1 month rotation with the LMR downloads so this was my first workout. I am confident I am going to enjoy the rest of them as much as I did this one.

This morning, I did Live #454 Upper Body Birthday party - Great workout. I will admit, for some of the unilateral moves, it really challenged my coordination - I loved that! I suspect it is a lot like the recent #570 Live - one dumbbell workout - which I will need to get as well ;-)
