My Fitness Goals
My goals are to lose those last 5 lbs, and to do one more Ironman triathlon before I'm 40. In the meantime - I need to heal a torn Achilles Tendon and not lose too much fitness.
My Success Story
Through Cathe's videos I have competed in a bodybuilding competition, done 5 sprint triathlons, 3 sprint duathlons, 4 Olympic triathlons, 4 Half ironman triathlons, and 1 Ironman triathlon. I've also ran 3 marathons. I use cathe all the time to stay strong and to keep up my cardiovascular fitness.
