- Too many to mention individually, but range from step aerobics, kickboxing, body building, circuit training, and now over 15 spinning DVDs.
- My Fitness Goals
- ahhh, to always be in good fitness shape with low body fat. But, in the last four years, I've gained more weight than ever before. It's killing me...I'm 53 and going through menopause -- ugh, but not too bad. I don't want to lose my high energy level, but I can tell I'm slowing down in many activities....it's sad.
- My Success Story
- I've always been into fitness, but at 25y/o ('85) is when I first joined a gym and started high-impact aerobics. 2002 I participated in my first fitness contest - great results and maintained this fitness level for four years.
