The rabbit in the pic is Tampopo, a shelter bunny so neglected that she almost died, and could hardly move. While being nursed back to health, she watched me do Cathe videos. (She really didn't have a choice) When she could move, she took over the area under the step as her cave, and didn't want to leave even when I lowered it to 8 inches or put it on an incline for weights. Her fur has grown back, and she hops normally now.
They make me feel good, and are well planned. I love that she is more interested in strength and health than vanity. She and her workout crew really inspire me to keep going.

My Fitness Goals
I want to feel more energetic and less achy (in my back and shoulders). I'm working towards cardio health and strength, equally. As mini-goals, I'd like to be able to do 40/20, and not be sick afterwards, and successfully complete STS.
