Being able to keep moving 10 yrs after the AS diagnosis; the doctor's said my spine will fuse if I don't keep moving. So I keep moving & spine is flexible. In addition no more #WeightRelatedMeds i.e. hypertension & I avoided cholesterol & diabetic medicine.
