My Success Story
I have been overweight most of my life. In January 2008, I topped out at 283 pounds! Thanks to Cathe, www.sparkpeople.com, and lots of other motivators, I am now 105 pounds lighter, looking to tone and firm. My fitness level has improved by leaps and bounds. I can't imagine life without my Cathe workouts! She knows her stuff and she's challenged me to take it to the next level hundreds of times over.

I will never be the lazy, out of shape person I used to be. My eyes have been opened, and I love fitness! Thank you, Cathe, for helping change my life!
