- To be in the best shape that I can. Hopefully that makes those around me and my clients want to do the same.
- My Success Story
- After being a overweight teen all thru highschool, I decided when I turned 18 that this was going to change! I started walking, then jogging, and finally after a while I was running. I started lifting weights, but only light ones but it started to work. I became really excited about being in good shape and people started to notice and be interested in what I was doing. It took me a few years and two kids to get the guts to go to school to be a personal trainer, but finally I did! Now I am in good shape, doing what I love, with a great family! Who could ask for more? I do thank Cathe and her workouts for helping to get me to this point though, because looking at her image on the screen everyday got me interested in the idea of becoming a trainer, so Thanks Cathe!
