Reduce body fat and increase muscularity. I work hard so I want it to be evident that I train, not that I'm just "lucky."
My Success Story
I had lost 50 pounds. My loss is now around 35-40 pounds, however I'm a lot stronger and I'm wearing smaller clothes. I think Cathe has helped me pack on a fair amount of muscle so far. I'm consistent now (which I've struggled with over the years), and I no longer focus so much on my weight. There was a time that Cathe's warmups were tough for me. To be able to complete entire workouts was such an exciting accomplishment!
