My Fitness Goals
To stay at my goal weight and build more muscle.
My Success Story
I'm only 5 feet tall and when I started my fitness journey I weighed in at about 170 and was a size 16. During college and after I was about a size 10 which was fine. I gained most of my weight in about a two year span. After going for an annual check up and being told I was in danger of having all kinds of health issues because of my excess weight I got serious about losing the weight. After a few years of diligent exercise and eating clean I reached my goal weight. Now I'm maintaning my 110 pound size 2 body. I'm the best shape of my life.
